About Us

Field of Membership - Who May Join

RCMFCU operates under an approved Charter granted by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). This charter states that anyone who works for or in any medical facility in the Rapid City area can become members; also available for membership is the following:

•	Employees of Blood Services of South Dakota
•	Employees of Nursing Homes, Retirement Homes within Rapid City
•	Employees of West River Mental Health Center
•	Members, employees, and employees of members of the Black Hills District Dental Society
•	All other Health Care Professionals (e.g. Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Optometrists, Chiropractors, and such) who work in the Rapid City area
•	Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union
•	Employees of this Credit Union
•	Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employments
•	Members of their immediate families
•	Organizations of such persons
